2008 Endorsements

The non-partisan AMF Maine Prosperity Political Action Committee (PAC) is focused on one purpose - to identify and elect candidates for the Maine Legislature who will support the private sector and the growth of a strong Maine economy.

The PAC is affiliated with the Alliance for Maine's Future, a non-partisan statewide organization, that provides workplace education about the impact of public policy on the Maine economy. Together, we  hold legislators accountable for the bills they sponsor and co-sponsor and the votes they cast.

In combination, we are the only organization in Maine that advocates for the state's economy AND engages voters to take action.

Below are the 2008 Maine Prosperity PAC endorsements. Please consider supporting these and other candidates who pledge their support to the Maine economy.

• Get your employees involved through Promote the Vote for Maine, a non-partisan project to encourage voter registration, absentee voting and getting out to vote on election day.
• Develop a relationship with your state legislators and legislative candidates to keep them informed on issues that impact you and your place of business.
